    • Your 1-, 3- and 5-year broad vision for your organization

    • Status of crucial aspects of your organizational infrastructure

    • Status of external relationships you can leverage to reach your financial and impact goals

  • An in-depth Strategic Plan shows donors where you’re headed and how you intend to get there in the next 5+ years. A Business Plan aligns your team internally on the right inputs you’ll need to reach your goals, and names the external factors that could potentially shift your direction. Key insights will emerge from:

    • Leadership interviews and focus groups

    • External stakeholder interviews

    • Landscape analysis

  • How you secure the resources that will drive your impact depends on your business model. We will develop a unique plan that fits your organizational funding and resource acquisition needs. Prerequisite to developing a Resource Development Plan is a baseline strategic plan and business plan, so be sure to have that in place before we initiate this stage of work.

  • Building a strong donor base is the objective of any organization—whether you’re looking for phased investors or sustaining donors who will be with you for the long haul, I work to ensure you have a meaningful plan for donor engagement that gets you to a well-positioned pitch.

  • An organizational structure that facilitates efficiency, responsive innovation and impact is the goal for mission-driven leaders. A strong leadership team, structured for your organizational stage of development can accelerate and amplify your impact. Work in this space could include:
